PRICING
Ich berechne nach Zeitaufwand fürs Tattoowieren. Wenn du ein Budget hast, kann ich dir eine ungefähre Preisspanne nennen. Ich behalte mir vor, im Falle,dass das Tattoo doch länger dauert, den Preis dementsprechend anzupassen.

I charge based on how much time is spent tattooing. If you'd like, I can give you a rough estimate on how mich money you should plan in, based on the answers you give me in this form.
However, if we end up choosing a different placement or size or the tattooing simply takes longer than expected, I am not bound to the estimate I have given you but will obviously choose a fair procedure and inform you beforehand.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ich behalte mir vor, Flash mehrfach zu tattoowieren. Eine Buy-Out Option kann besprochen werden. Falls du Refernzen mitbringst zur 1:1 Nutzung bist du verpfichtet sicherzustellen, dass du das Recht darauf hast, diese zu benutzen.

All designs produced in the context of the tattoo remain Sophias property and may be re-used at her discretion.
If you require exclusivity on the design, “buy out” option can be discussed and subject to additional charge. You are obviously full entitled to use the image of your tattoo as part of your own image with no limitations.
If you bring artwork to include as-is, you are responsible to ensure you have the rights to use it and reproduce it.
RISK AWARENESS
Ich bin mir darüber bewusst, dass Tattoos mit Schmerzen verbunden sind. Der Eingriff erfüllt den Tatbestand der vorsätzlichen Körperverletzung. Ich erkläre hiermit ausdrücklich, dass ich in diese Körperveretzung einwillige. Hiermit verzichte ich gegenüber dem Tattoowierer auf die Geltendmachung sämtlicher Rechte oder Schadensersatzanspruch, die aus dem Tattoowiervorgang entstehen sollten oder in direktem oder indirekten Zusammenhang stehen. Vorsätzliche Schädigungen sind davon ausgenommen.

I am aware that tattoos are associated with pain. The intervention satisfies the offense of intentional bodily harm. I hereby expressly declare that I consent to this bodily injury. I hereby waive the assertion of all rights or claims for damages against the tattoo artist that should arise from the tattooing process or are directly or indirectly related. Deliberate damage is excluded from this.
DEPOSITS
Ich behalte mir das Recht, Anzahlungen einzufordern, vor.
Die Anzahlung ist nicht erstattbar, wenn du den Termin ausfallen lässt oder, für Leipzig Termine, den Termin ein zweites mal verschieben musst. Falls du den Termin verschieben musst, sag mir bitte eine Woche vorher bescheid.
Die Anzahlung wird vom Preis am Ende des Termins abgezogen.
Anzahlungen für Auftragsarbeiten sind in der Regel nicht erstattbar und werden nicht verrechnet.

I may ask for a deposit.
The deposit is non refundable if you cancel the appointment or, for Leipzig appointments, if you reschedule for the second time. You have to let me know around a week in advance if you need to reschedule.
The deposit will be deducted from the price at the end of the session.
Fees for drawing custom work are generally non refundable and won't be deducted from the price.
